By accessing or using Click2Post ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Click2Post is a Chrome extension that uses AI to transform selected text into content optimized for various social media platforms and email. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Redistribute or resell generated content as an AI service

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are provided within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. Generated content is provided for your use without restrictions. The Service, including its design and code, remains the property of Click2Post.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click2Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data processing practices described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
